“Through my church, Calvary Temple, I have volunteered for opportunities, such as: Love-A-Child and Convoy of Hope. Love-A-Child is a program that teams up with shelters, usually designed for women and children only. As a team, my youth group helped re-building many of the roofs at the shelter. Convoy of Hope is an annual event that offers free medical, food, and other necessities to the community.”.

“Without all of my time spent at Ygnacio Valley, I wouldn’t be the person I am today. I have grown a lot because of the great teachers, friends, and lessons learned at my school. Even through the hard times, each experience taught me a valuable lesson that I will be able to carry with me for a lifetime. And I hope that I will one day have the chance to give it all back”.
