Nick Syrovatka
Nick will be graduating with honors from Ygnacio Valley High School on June 16, having received his Academic Letter. Throughout his high school years, Nick competed in four seasons of football and baseball, one season of cheerleading. He earned a Varsity Letter in 5 sports and will receive the prestigious ‘White’ Letter from YV for his athletic achievements. During his senior year, Nick was chosen as team Captain for both the Football and Baseball teams. He was nominated for Homecoming King and performed in the “GQ” fashion show and competition. Nick received his Music Letter for playing the trumpet in the Wind Ensemble, Marching and Jazz bands for all four years. He capped off his high school music career by performing at Carnegie Hall in New York City in May and will be performing at the Concord Pavilion during his graduations ceremony.
This fall he will be attending Chico State University and intends to major in Applied Computer Graphics Engineering. He plans to continue working at Hollister over the summer and spend his leisure time at the beach with his friends.
