“The most fulfilling experience I participated in with the Interact Club was when I volunteered to remodel a park. This event was called Matteo’s Dream and the goal was to totally renovate a community park in order to make it accessible to child of all abilities. The park took eight days and 1,500 volunteers before it was ready to be used. About a week after the park was finished, I visited it and saw a bunch of kids enjoying the park. Although the sight was satisfying the real payoff for all of my hard work was when I looked at the play structure and saw a young girl in a wheelchair with the biggest smile in the world”

“Jenna is a natural born leader and has been recognized as such in her many different activities on campus. In addition to being one of five ASB Officers in student government, she is also the captain of the cheerleading squad, and the secretary for our Interact Club, the Rotary Club’s outreach program on our campus. Jenna is a standout among her peers and her skills have continued to mature and advance as she has learned the intricacies and nuances of being a leader”.
